COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Custom Servo Motors Inc. MPM1143 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Data-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Daicichi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Data-Technology such as the DTC510 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECN0612BRA manufactured by Cutler-hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SE06 by Manufacturer Daicichi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-hammer Brand 920210200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Daijinpump such as DJ8CH equipment made by Daijinpump have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daijinpump products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daijinpump" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 037N0039 made by Danfoss as well as the popular G34VRB320160 original spares produced by Danaher Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 13101AX6517 by Cutler-Hammer and DJ8CH spares by Daijinpump are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7DBA10AGA1XXX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler. |
